FALL ESSENTIALS

I know I have mentioned my obsession with fall multiple times on my blog, so I figured it would be awesome to share with my readers the essential items you should have in your closet when entering into this season! One of my favorite trends this season is the wool shawl. It is an awesome layering piece and a great alternative to a coat when the weather is cool  but not cool enough to justify a heavy coat. Another essential is a structured bag. I highly recommend investing in a nice structured bag. They look so chic and even if they are big in size, with structure they look fancy. TJ Maxx has some awesome options at amazing prices! The third essential for fall is a crisp white button down shirt. I just bought one from Ann Taylor because they make tall sizing 😉 but I really wanted this tuxedo style shirt from WHBM as it is so chic. The fourth essential is OF COURSE a floppy wool hat. I have a few of these, one in black and one in navy. I am longing after this amazing burgundy one and I think I may have to break down and buy it! It is such a great accessory to top off your look; See what I did there ;). The fifth essential for fall is a pair of faux leather or coated black pants. I have a pair from Seven Jeans, which you can see me wearing in this instagram post and I am obsessed with them. Finally, I highly recommend having a pair of comfortable and elegant heeled black boots. My Mom bought me an awesome pair of high heeled black boots for Christmas last year and I couldn’t get enough of them. I paired them with dresses, jeans, pants, you name it! These Charles by Charles David ones are such a great price and the heel isn’t too high.

Well, that sums up my fall essentials list. Feel free to take all of these items and wear them together :)!
