I just got back from Las Vegas with my Mom and sister where we spent three amazing days on an all girls trip! The trip was fabulous and I wanted to give you guys a bit of an inside look into where we stayed, what we did and of COURSE what we wore :)!

To be honest, the weekend started out on a sour note. I was literally on my way to the airport when I received a text from a friend telling me that Celine Dion’s husband, Renee Angelil had passed away just that morning. To give some backstory, I am an ENORMOUS Celine Dion fan, and I have been my entire life. My sister and Mom are too. What you will probably find most surprising, is to know that I have never had the chance to see her perform. Timing hadn’t been on my side in the past, so we decided it was of course going to be the priority for this trip to Vegas. We booked our tickets to her show and counted down the minutes until we would finally see Ms. Dion rock it! When I found out Renee had passed away and that she of course and understandably wasn’t going to perform, I was sooo bummed. It seemed almost too ironic to have happened. That said, I decided that regardless of the situation, I was still on my way to  Vegas and more importantly with my best girls so I was going to enjoy every moment. It ended up being an epic weekend. We had a ball and Celine was always playing in the background as the soundtrack of our weekend. My Mom even recorded a silly video of myself singing “The Power of the Dream” that crazy enough has over 5.6K views! You can check that out here. It was honestly such a great time, and even though I didn’t get to see Celine, we had an amazing time and we will be back!!!

Anyways, enough sappiness for one blog post! Let’s focus on the fashion and fun!

I arrived in Vegas late, around 10:30 P.M. Vegas time which is 1:30 A.M. East coast time. We were all coming in from different places; NY, Nashville and Charlotte so we did our best to try and coordinate arrival time. I knew I was going to be doing a lot of sitting and perhaps some waiting depending on our flight status’ so I wanted to wear something super comfy. I got these leggings from Asos the week before and I am telling you they are AMAZING. They are faux leather and make a look seem a bit more fancy despite being a pair of leggings. I paired them with a turtleneck, over the knee boots and the star of this weekend- this black and white faux fur vest. It made it’s rounds this weekend and you will notice all of us had it on at one point haha! I got this vest in Manhattan Beach at this awesome boutique for $18!! Yes, $18! Sadly I cant find it anywhere on-line but I linked out almost identical options for you guys to shop! Finally, I almost always travel with my oversized Louis Vuitton bag. It fits everything and is super durable. Matt bought it for me almost three years ago and it still looks brand new-so I would say it was worth the investment ;)!

We ended up staying at the Hilton Grand Vacation Club which is a part of the Flamingo hotel and casino. It was awesome as it was right on the strip and across from Caesar’s. We had what felt like our own apartment which was perfect and we highly recommend it.The weather was gorgeous on our first day and we spent it bopping around and checking out the sites and of course shopping! We had lunch at Hexx Kitchen and Bar and it was so delicious-seriously try it. After that we decided to try our hand at gambling. We had all given ourselves a certain amount of money to gamble with and less than an hour later lost everything haha! We learned the hard way that the slot machines are bogus!!! I linked out all three of our outfits below. The coolest thing about the three of us is that we all have three unique styles which makes it so fun to shop together. I am constantly getting inspired by my Mom and sister.

The next day, we shopped and enjoyed walking the strip and taking in the sites. We decided to take a cab over to the Wynn hotel which is where I had stayed with Matt the last time I was in Vegas. We ended up sitting outside at the Parasol Bar for a few hours and had some delicious cocktails and took some pictures :)!
