Happy almost Thanksgiving everybody and cheers to a short week! Matt and I are heading to L.A. to spend time with Matt’s family! I can’t wait for the beautiful fall weather in L.A.
Dressing for the holidays can be a bit challenging. You want to be comfortable but also stylish with room to eat as much as you want lol. Well, those are my priorities anyways. Pleated midi skirts are definitley having a moment this season. I have a classic black midi skirt that I have had for years that I get a ton of use out of. When I saw this fun velvet green midi skirt I knew it would be a great piece to add to my collection but also perfect for the Holiday season. I love how festive it is and how flattering it is. It hits right at the waist and then billows out, which allows my tummy to expand after I stuff my face with turkey and stuffing without anyone noticing! I paired this skirt with my favorite Asos turtleneck bodysuit and decided to break up the look with a pop of leopard. I was loving how it looked paired with this leaopard belt so I added leopard heels! You can never have too much leopard ;)!
