A few weeks ago, I had the awesome opportunity to attend the most recent Style Lend event in New York City. Style Lend is an NYC service where you can rent designer pieces from New York’s most stylish closets! There are thousands of unique designer items on their site that are curated from women’s NYC closets. It’s kind of brilliant. I decided to rent this amazing green quilted patent leather Chanel bag for the week. The cost is $120 for a full week to rent. It was so fun to wear, and I felt super fancy all week. I also loved it because I wouldn’t have bought this color since it is so out there and not practical making it easy  to enjoy for the full week. The coolest part of the service is that they literally drop it off and pick it up for you wherever you are which is amazing and super convenient.

I think this is a really great idea when going on vacation or traveling and you want to treat yourself with a statement piece. The service and quality of the items are on point and I highly recommend it! Also, how cute is my sweet hubby in this photo? He is such a good sport :).

I don’t know about you guys, but I LOVE a good sale. I recently discovered that Zara has an amazing pre-spring sale and nabbed this dress. You guys, it is $12. Yes, $12! I linked it out below for you guys to shop. I think it will also be perfect for the spring season too! I hope you are all having a wonderful week and surviving this terrible weather!

Happy weekend everyone! I put together a small Instagram round up for you guys to shop! I had a lot of people ask me about these boots. They are by B.C footwear and I actually bought them last year but have had so much wear out of them since then. They are SO comfortable and go with everything. I love the little peek-aboo part on the ankle. Matt and I were on our way out for the night and he caught me so forgive this awkward pose haha!

Last week I had the awesome opportunity to attend an event for Style Lend hosted by my friend Ashley Nelson of Impossibly Imperfect. It was a lovely event! I don’t want to give too much away because I am planning on doing a review of Style Lend next week. Either way, I wanted to link out my look for you guys!

Finally, my last look of this post is a casual Friday look I wore to work last week. I am all about layering up this season. It was FREEZING so I decided to pair  my Madewell flannel over leggings, a long sleeve performance black top and my favorite grey and black shawl to keep me warm :)!

I hope you guys have a wonderful weekend! We are heading to Philly with some friends. It is supposed to be nice so I am hoping this means spring is around the corner ;)!

As you all may have realized by now, I have an obsession with vintage fur. Lucky for me, my father in law just happened to inherit some amazing coats from an aunt who was my size and generously gifted them to me! A statement fur (or faux) coat can really dress up your look in the winter while keeping you warm.

As for the look underneath this massive coat, I decided to style a new pair of jeans I just got from A.G. To be honest, when I got them in the mail I was really bummed because they look really short on me paired with flats. For a second, I thought I would need to return them. Then I realized, that I could wear these with ankle booties and it would actually look awesome. I get annoyed with my jeans when they don’t fit magically into the top of ankle booties and this totally solved the problem! For once I found a pair of jeans that works for tall and short girls. They are super comfortable too-I highly recommend them!

I linked my outfit and some real and faux fur coats below for you guys to shop. The Sam Edelman booties I am wearing in this look are sold out, but he makes a similar pair in a lower heel which I linked out. I hope you are all staying warm this winter! I am so ready for spring!

Valentine’s Day is right around the corner, and I have been wondering what on earth I am going to wear. On Valentine’s Day, Matt and I usually do a simple dinner just the two of us, exchange a small gift and that’s that. I honestly never really dress up too much because to be quite honest, we go on date night all the time. I don’t want to sound super cliche, but we live a romantic life together so Valentine’s Day is just another date night to us :). Anyways, I found this adorable Kate Spade sweater dress and fell in love with the sillouette and the colors. I paired it with these Nine West over the knee boots but if you wanted to dress this up a bit just throw on a pair of black pumps! This shift dress is super versatile. Finally, how awesome is this cool magazine clutch! Matt bought me this bag for my birthday a few years ago. I linked out a ton of artisans on Etsy so you can shop similar ones!

Sending you all lots of love this week and always. Your support means so much to me and I love each and every one of you!!!!!

Hi Lovelies! It’s time for an Instagram outfit roundup! I have had a busy few weeks and I wore some cute new things I haven’t had a chance to shoot for the blog. I wanted to make sure I featured them so you all can shop my looks! This past weekend was full of errands for Matt and I. We had a super fun “snow weekend” the week before where we got nothing done, so we did our best to get caught up on everything :).  I always ALWAYS wear comfy shoes on the weekends…and these Charles David Over the knee boots are of course my favorite. These are definitely the best purchase I made all winter and lucky for you guys, they are still shop-able! I am actually considering buying another pair to save for next year! I linked out my hat, similar coat (mine is vintage), leggings and the rest of this look below.

This look was actually a work wear look that I snapped on set with Danskin. You guys should see how incredible this location was. It was a huge loft space out in Long Island City where each room had a new set and different theme. The natural light was too good…I HAD to take a pic of course ;)!
